back Your Rhônexpress E-ticket

Because an unexpected event may force you to cancel your trip at the last minute, we offer you the possibility to have your E-Ticket reimbursed on the website.

To do this, your E-Ticket must still be valid and must not have been validated on board.

The procedure is simple and involves just 2 steps:

  1. Go to the History section of your Account
  2. Select the E-Ticket concerned and click “I wish to cancel this order and request a refund!”

If the request is made after 7 days (from the date of your purchase), a fixed cancellation fee of €3 will be deducted from your refund.

Only E-Tickets that have not been exchanged on board the trains are refundable. In the case of a return E-Ticket, the E-Ticket can not be reimbursed if one of the two journeys has been made.

And as always, your E-Tickets are valid for one year from the purchase date!

Tickets issued by vending machines in stations and by Rhônexpress on-board staff (to protect you from this period of health crisis, our on-board members of staff no longer sell tickets on trains) are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
