Because an unforeseen event may force you to have to cancel your trip at the last moment, we offer you the possibility to have a refund of your order.

For this it is imperative that your E-Ticket is still valid and not validated on board.

The process is simple and involves only 2 steps :

  • Go to the History section of your Account Select the E-Ticket concerned and click on "I want to cancel this order and request a refund" If the request occurs after 7 days (from the date of your purchase) a fixed cancellation fee of 3 €uros will be deducted from your refund. Only E-Tickets not yet exchanged on board the trains are refundable. As part of a round-trip E-ticket, the E-ticket cannot be refunded if one of the two journeys has been made.

And always, your E-tickets valid for one year from the date of purchase!

  • Tickets issued to vending machines in stations and by Rhônexpress flight attendants (to protect you during this period of health crisis, our flight attendants are no longer selling trains) are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
